Prices and plans
The apartment price includes:
- Interior finishing in accordance with the selected package;
- The connection fee for the electricity network;
- The connection fee for the water and sewerage service;
- The connection fee for the central heating service;
- The cost of a storage space;
- The cost of two parking spaces.
The apartment price does not include:
- The notary fee for entry into a sales contract and the state fee (to be paid by the buyer);
- Connection fees for telephone, data communications and cable TV services.
