Step 1

Reservation

A reservation fee of €2,000 is charged to reserve an apartment.

Step 2

Contract under law of obligations

15% of the purchase price of the apartment must be paid upon entering into a notarised contract under the Law of Obligations Act. All sales terms are agreed before signing the contract. The contract under the Law of Obligations Act is valid until the construction is completed and a real rights contract is concluded.

Step 3

Real rights contract

A real rights contract is signed through a notary, whereby the buyer pays the remaining part of the purchase price and receives the completed apartment ownership.

The apartment price includes:

  • Interior finishing in accordance with the selected package;
  • The connection fee for the electricity network;
  • The connection fee for the water and sewerage service;
  • The connection fee for the central heating service;
  • The cost of a storage space;
  • Two parking spaces.

The apartment price does not include:

  • The notary fee for entry into a sales contract and the state fee (to be paid by the buyer);
  • Connection fees for telephone, data communications and cable TV services.
