Building and courtyard

The apartment building is U-shaped with two floors above ground. The layout of the building takes into account the surrounding environment and cardinal directions to provide maximum daylight in the living spaces.

The apartment building features a landscaped courtyard with a recreational area, a playground and a car park with concrete paving for 10 cars.

Each apartment comes with a terrace.

Structures

The building is designed as a stone structure with an insulated foundation. The exterior walls are finished with light brick slips and vertical wooden strips for a modern and durable look.

The load-bearing walls are built of insulated cast blocks, the intermediate floors are made of hollow reinforced concrete panels, and the interior walls of the apartments are made of lightweight concrete blocks, ensuring sound insulation and structural stability.

Heating and ventilation

The building is connected to the district heating network, ensuring an efficient and convenient heating solution. Each apartment has underfloor water-based heating.

Ventilation is arranged on an apartment-by-apartment basis, ensuring fresh air in each apartment in an energy-efficient way.

Electricity and weak-current systems

The electrical system of the apartment building has been designed to meet up-to-date safety and energy efficiency requirements. The roof will be fitted with solar panels with a maximum capacity of 21 kW.

The design includes weak-current systems, including internet and TV connections, to provide residents with all modern amenities.

Energy efficiency

The building adheres to energy efficiency class A, which allows for energy cost savings. Solar panels will be installed on the roof of the building and the car park will be equipped with charging stations for electric cars in all parking spaces.
